We have used Suzanne to purchase 7 homes or land lots. She has always made herself available, not just during regular business hours, but after and before hours as well. She always answers the phone, unless the races are on. Being we are out of state, she was willing to drive to prospective homes and lots and take pictures for us. She also helped evaluate the homes for us from what she saw. We were buying foreclosure homes, and because time was of the essence, she would stay up late filling out offer forms and making sure all the pages got signed correctly.
